About the Short Film

“Everything Is Beautiful” (working title) explores the life and accomplishments of famed artist, Alma W. Thomas. The film will accompany a forthcoming retrospective of her work at the Chrysler Museum of Art, (Norfolk, VA), The Phillips Collection (Washington, DC), the Frist Art Museum (Nashville, TN), and The Columbus Museum (Columbus, GA).

No film has ever been produced to tell her important story — until now.
